I'm trying to find a delay sound with my new Mark V rig like I used to get with one of the settings on my line 6 pod. I stumbled across a John Petruccivideo on YouTube where about two thirds of the way through the video during the EX-2 lesson you can hear a fantastically large clean delay with no discernable repeats. Any suggestions on how I can get close to this with my Timefactor in the FX loop?

Start with a single delay tap, maybe the ducked delay, stay away from the multi-tap and ping-pongs, and set the feedback to zero.
He's also using a wah in the video, sweeping it very slowly.
Hope this helps :D
