KT88 in DC10

Hello there!
I was wondering if it is possible to put KT88's into DC10? I've read, that these tubes make warmer sound. At this point I am using 6L6.

Not sure about the 88's, but I have a quad of 77's that I've been meaning to put in mine for a while. Haven't found the time!
