Just got my .50 caliber +,need a new speaker

Hello im new here found this site searching on the web.
I just got my 50 caliber yesterday. It has a vintage black shadow 50w vs12 speaker,from researching it looks like eminence made the speaker.
Im pretty sure the speaker is a little worn out,at higher master volume levels,where the bass increases and the good tone is,it pops a little when you palm mute.

So my question is what replacement speaker should i get?
I have been looking at the 90 watt black shadow/ vintage 30/and celestion g12 65.
I want something that can handle a lot of low,and stay tight.

I have been reading that the v30 breaks up early wich to me means it isnt as tight,but i would like opinions on it anyways.

V 30 will flub out with too much bass.

The EV is be a nice choice but is heavy as hell and costs a lot. Of course this may be worth it for your purposes. The Celestion G12K-100 is another option. Not a stout as an EV but still pretty tight, cheaper and lighter alternative. Bob
