Is it a "long" head? Eight knobs on the front panel, Reverb knob on the front (or Presence if no Reverb)?
If so, the answer is yes, 99.9% of the time.
Often there's a Simul-Class sticker on the left rear panel.
The output transformer should be stamped "Simul-Class" as well. Just to be 100% sure. :D

That sounds like mine I just got in.
red stripe. Long head. Has the 8 knobs and the Reverb on front with the presence on the back. Has 4 switches with one of them being "HAlf power / FULL POWER"
But no simulclass switch on the back. Has the Graphic EQ as well on it.

Love this amp!

Looked today..........
big old sticker SIMULCLASS on the back.
Initials MB under that then the Red stripe.

"MB" = Mike Bendinelli, Mesa Boogie's Chief Technician. He initialed amps after final play-test before shipping. Every Mark III I've ever seen has his autograph.
Even cooler: "RS" initials (Randy Smith), much more rare.
Have you damaged your hearing today? :D
