I play metal with my ROADSTER. EL34 or 6L6 tubes?

Been thinking about experimenting with 34's as well. Want to get a little closer to a Marshall hard rock (i.e. VanHalen) yet not lose that deep, hi gain, modern Mesa sound. Have the latest 6L6's from Mesa in my DR right now...very happy with them. But, being happy with my sound has never stopped me from looking to improve it. Can someone give me a link where to buy Winged C's or something that would get me closer to the sound I'm chasing? :mrgreen:
