Just picked up a used Mark IV combo and man are there a ton of sounds to be found in this beauty! Wonderful cleans, under-rated crunch in channel 2 and beautiful soaring high gain in channel 3. Been messing with different tubes, extension cabs etc. I like to mess around with effects too and enjoy a nice chorus, delay and tremolo in the effects loop however I notice I'm getting a hum with the loop on and my effects attached. The hum goes away when the loop is on and no effects are attached and seems to increase in intensity when present and I turn up the volume. It sounds like a ground loop to me however I tried a cheater AC plug on my pedalboard and it was still humming. What do you think the culprit could be? Ground loop? Perhaps too much cabling in the loop creating some type of interference (I have 4 pedals and all the associated wires - use high quality George L cables...)

Thanks!
