Hughes & Kettner Switchblade

has anyone heard anything about the H&K switchblade? i've been wondering about them and no one around my area carries H&K. they seem like a great concept, and i've heard great things about H&K. kinda been GAS-ing for one lately. anyway, i was just curious if anyone had any experience with the amp, or even the brand in general. don't hear too much about them usually. thanks!

Horrible, horrible tone.

All it is: A solid state preamp and cheap effects into a decent power amp.

I sold mine within a week. The tone is great at low vol. Turn it up and its just a SS feebacky mess.

I have one and I think it sounds pretty good and I love the savable presets. My other amps are 3 channel Dual Rec, JCM900 and Vetta. I think you should give it a chance.
