How to ???

I having a hard inserting an image to a topic I'm writing. Could anyone explain to me like I three year old how to do this. When I drag an image to this box all I get is this : /Users/Geiri/Desktop/Horizon-NT-II_DBSB.jpg.

Is the image on your hard drive? Then you have to put it somewhere on an image hosting website, like flickr.com or photobucket.com etc. After that, make note of the URL of the image on the hosting site, or you can just copy and paste it. If the image is somewhere on the net then just make note of the image's URL.

Now when you write your message on the forum, click the "Img" button, then paste the image's URL, then click "Img" button again. That's it. So:
"Img button" + URL + "Img button"

I'll give you an example. My pic has this URL.
http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/7591/isqr8.th.jpg

I just click the "Img" button before and after the URL when writing this.
