How to make my DR a blackface

Call the Mesa factory and ask how much for a new headshell. I'm guessing between 250-300 dollars.

Are we talking about the diamond plate? Because I've heard of people getting those powder coated black. A good friend of my dad's is pretty good at this kind of stuff, and i've been considering getting it done.
