How to configure 8 ohm amp to 4 ohm cab?

Okay, so this Fender 4 X 12 has only one 4 ohm input and the Mark IV runs at 8 ohm or has two 4 ohm outs. Can it be made to plug into one 4 ohm input?

If its a 4 ohm cab then just run it to one of the 4 ohm outputs on the amp and you are good to go.

Okay, must be a dumb newb thing for me. I thought I had to use both 4ohm outs and not just one of the two....

You use both if you have two 8ohm cabs going into them.
