I Have a #1007x IIB, and a #1141x IIc. When was the actual convertion ?

Can we try to come as close as possible ? What do you have, or what have you actually seen ?

This topic has been discussed to death.

There is no way to "come close" as there was no cut-off.

There are IIB's that became IIC+'s, IIC that became IIC+'s and at the end of the IIC, ones that became IIC+ before they were shipped.

Although I know people think there is a mythical number, there is not.

Hi Boogiewan !

Yes I know that, what I wanted to know was about what time boogie went from shipping out original production IIb to original production IIc.

How close to #11000 are B/C both ways. I know there probably is some mixing up, but if we leave the C+ convertions out of this it should be fairly easy to find a serial/production date that is close.

There is also a switch of circuit boards in the original IIC somewhere between my #1141x and my #1221x. It must have happened sometime late 1983, but can we come any closer ?

The Gain Boost/pull deep thing is another. Pull deep seems to be earlier on non EQ faceplates than the EQ equipped ones etc...

That is the kind of details I am after.

Regards !
