Help. Need to trouble shoot my Mark V

I have a Fulltone OD (Mosfet) that I run with my Mark V. Crazy but my sound goes away when my OD is not activated (don't use it at all on channel 1) , can barely hear it on channel 3 (have to turn it up). When it is activated it sounds just as it always has, great. Can someone give me a hand with this? Have to get this solved. :?

You mean when the OD is inline, but not on, your sound goes away?

How about if you plug straight from guitar into Mark V, is sound OK? Because that would mean the problem is in the OD, in bypass mode.

Will double check but it might be the OD. Very odd, this happened out of the blue.

Also check the pedal power source is good. It can affect how it behaves and sounds if run off batteries. I feed my FD2 with a chamelion and vary it between 9 - 18V for a different feel and response
