Help Me!! (Heartbreaker content)

I just got a Mesa Heartbreaker combo (2x12) and I need some suggestions on setting it up. It's running EL-34's right now. And I've spent some itme with the amp over the weekend, I got it on Friday. I'm mainly a strat/tele player and I'm looking to get some good classic rock tones out it.

My band plays straight rock'n'roll (think Ryan Adams, Drive By Truckers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, stuff like that)
