Help, 2:90 Channel A gone!

Even when you plug straight in at instrument level, channel A is very faint, you have to crank it all the way up to hear it. Channel B works perfectly. Changed all the power amp tubes, no difference. Have ruled out the obvious, cables, cabinet, etc. Haven't changed the phase inverter tubes yet.

Anyone have any suggestions please?

Definitely try moving the preamp tubes around.
