Hey y'all... My first post so I may be in the wrong place but I thought I'd go here 'cause Heartbreakers go more with the Boogie thing than the Recto type amps.

I would like to hear from other heartbreaker users. You know tubes settings sounds ideas etc.

If by that you mean "classic Boogie" sound, yes indeed.

I often wondered if the LoneStar was a repackaged Heartbreaker, with a few added tricks.
 
I called Mesa when the lonestars first came out and asked that very question and they said that in many ways the Lonestar was an updated and refined Heartbreaker.

I did a gig last night in a place big enough to let my HB walk and talk... What a sound :!:
