Went to a concert last night and one of the band's guitarists was playing PRS CE-24 Bolt-on wiht Dragon II pickups through a Hughes and Kettner Duotone and a MEsa Recto Std. 4x12 straight front with a Gold Grille. Wow, that thing was amazing. I liked it alot. I like the Triamp better, and hope to own one someday, but man both of those things ARE EXPENSIVE!!! Sounds amazing though.

i hear ya man, i'd love a TriAmp MKII...but there's no way i'm gonna dish $3,000 out for one.

never played one, heard that the distortion is brutal for a el34 amp

I know a guy who has got one
I think here in europe they are cheaper than in the USA
I don't really like the amp actually
Other european brands are much better
For instance ENGL Framus and Diezel
And by the way I don't like the guy I know playing the H&K duotone
I think he stole my old guitar but I'm not sure

And anyway
Someone knows the difference between these two amp
I don't like a single one of those hughes&kettners
