I know about the "flaky" ebay folks. I would not ever try to lowball someone after the sale. Maybe I should have worded my question differently?

It's hard not to be defensive when using Ebay. I automatically assume that everybody is a flake when buying, unless I can actually call the guy and talk to him.

I called a fiend of mine about an hour or so before the end of the auction. As it turned out, he bought it. I went by yesterday and gave it the once over. The "limit" control really helped to balance the channel switching volumes compared to the other C+'s that I have heard. It was an adventure in learning, for sure. Especially when I turned the limit knob to "0" and flipped the standby switch :shock: .
