And thanks for the advice, GIG4FUN, I think I may throw it up there. I had been avoiding it cause you never know what price you'll end up being locked into selling it at (I guess that's what reserve auctions are for), but I've also been reluctant to pay "that big auction site" fees. 8)

Anyway, especially after the last post, I think I might be ready to take the plunge. Wish me luck - I think I'll have it up by this weekend.

I can include the old head shell at the buyers option - I'm trying to figure out why I had a dozen "potential buyers" in the first hour then all of a sudden nothing for over a week.

I'd say the lack of the EQ option put some people off. It looks like a REALLY nice head though! Good luck with it!

+1. I think the fact that it's an upgrade may put some people off too, at least the "corksniffers" (not that there's anything wrong with that).

That's fair.

If nothing else, I can see how an original IIC+ with eq, reverb and simul for the same price as mine would win all day long (or even for a few hundred bucks more than mine).

I just read my post and I think it came off harsh, which was not my intention. I was just writing an uncensored account of my mental process of evaluation.

Really, it was nit-picking to the nth degree, and I don't want poison our great community with any negativity.

So read it with a huge grain of salt!
