One is a recent rackmount kit purchased from Mesa. The other is an older Mark II/III era rackmount kit. Both appear to be the same dimensions, and should fit all the Mark Series amps from I-IV (not sure on I, but pretty sure on II-IV).
Newer Mark kit is SOLD!
This is the older Mark II/III era rack kit is in very good shape. Minor wear, but still in excellent shape.
