No problems at all.
Some scuffs along the front top edge (there when I got it).
Foot pedal included.
Been my weekend gigging head for 3 years.
Retubed approx 50 hours ago.

I currently have it 'tubed-down' to 50 watts (as per Mesa tech).

Too much amp for me.
Looking for Mark IV (anyone want to trade?).
