Hi guys. I have a 90’s Rev G that has the combined 16/8ohm speaker outs. I know it’s safe to run either but I’m curious if anyone knows what is actually going on there? Is it simply an 8ohm out and it’s just saying it’s ok to run it into either?
I’m looking at getting a 4x12” made up for it and have the option of either 16ohm or 8ohm, so it got me thinking about which would be ideal for the head.
