I finally bought a Dual Rectifier after debating between a Stiletto and the Rectifier.

Now the popping between channels, Ive heard this is normal. How can I fix this?

And the power chord in the back wiggles a little too much for my liking. Any quick fix suggestions?

Besides those two problems everything is in great condition.

When I put my Dual Recto off stand by I cycle once or twice through the 3 channels using the footswitch. The popping then stops after one or two cycles and all is good.
I am thinking the same about the power chord, but I have exactly the same concern with my Marshall DSL100, which still works fine after years of use, so I guess it's not a big deal.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try that one the pedal tomorrow. The power supply is the outter area. The power supply plugs in to the slot but the black plastic around it can come out a little under a centimeter.

And if have a pedal board (flanger, phaser, rc2 loop station, suppressor, and tuner) if I run this through the effects loop will the suppressor still work like it would normally if I dont have the pedal switch to effects loop on? Or should I run the suppressor and the tuner head to guitar?

Never had all these options with the peavey 5150.

I don't have much experience with the loop station but I think it should go in the loop, as should most time based effects. Remeber to assign it to the proper channel and the loop active master on the front and the send and return in the back will now affect your output volume.

The others I recommend this Guitar>Tuner> flange>phaser>Suppresor.

RC-2 in front of the amp or in a series FX loop, not a parallel loop. But try it out, I could be wrong. Parallel FX loops just seem to be for reverbs & other effects like a main-insert on a mixer board. Of course a parallel loop send all the way down is like a series loop isn't it?

so Flanger/phase through the effects loop?

And loop station, noise, and tuner straight to the front of the head?
