GT doesn't make tubes. My guess is that they are relabeled Sovteks.

Correct, I have a groove tubes/Fender/Sovtek 12ax7 which came in a groove tubes box, has a groove tubes/Fender joint logo, and beneath that it has a white Sovtex 12AX7 (with some more letters at the end) on it. Also got a 12AT7 that says groove tubes/Fender, but no Sovtek.

Are the groove tubes/fender label any good?
