FCB1010 + G-sharp + Dual rectifier

Hi guys, I'm a newbie. I've recently bought a tc electronic g-sharp and fcb1010 midi controller for my dual rectifier. Could you helpe me please? I want ton control, at the same time my presets and my channel's amp with the fcb1010. But there's only two jack switch on the rear panel of the fcb1010. So could you? Is there a solution? Must I use a midi solution?
