Dominic Miller has been playing with Sting since the 90s. His main choice for most of that was a pair of Lone Stars, though he used a pair of Express 5:25s for a tour back in 2012 (part of the reason I bought one).

I would love one of those 4x12's with the yellow and black stripes - especially the diagonal pattern.

Good grief, it must have been a nightmare to be a member of their roadcrew. After all that heavy lifting, the roadcrew later formed Manowar…lol

^^^^
I got to see them on that tour.It was It was over the top with mesa gear.I was fortunate enough to get to hang out with them on their against the law tour. They were still using quads and 400s,but thier mesa cabs were all black and blue stripes.
I saw them on that tour as well. Their tone was absolutely brutal, which words just can't describe. The only other time I've "felt" that tone is when I saw Metallica front row at the LA Forum on the Black tour. My ears rang for a month.

This was a year earlier I believe, on the IGWT tour.Pretty serious and impressive stage,w/ a ton of boogie cabs, all front grill era.

Pete Loeffler (Chevelle) - pictured in the studio with a Mark V (but has been a long-time Mark IV player)…

Tony Iommi - Mark IIB Coliseum.

Tony switched to the Mark IIBs during the Mob Rules era. Although the live stage setup didn’t feature the amps on stage, Tony shot an instructional video where the amps are clearly visible. This is where the screenshot below was captured…

O.p.: if you really want to get in deep,if you look in these mesa catalogs ( 1 only has a roster list of players), there are hundreds of major artists' pics of thier mesa rigs.Bass & guitar users.
Back in the day I collected boogie literature. These catalogs, price lists, press releases, etc were all sittin on the local music stores' counter tops. Many people ignored them.I grabbed em all.Especially impatiently awaiting the nxt years catalog release- this was pre internet for a while.
