Fair asking price for Mark IV short combo shell with mc90?

Moving forward with a headshell conversion and having one built. I don't really want to keep the empty combo shell around. I was thinking of the merits of keeping it around as a cab, but I already have a closed back mesa 1x12 and I can't really think of a scenario where I'd ever be reaching for an open back. I know, "resale" and all that, but I'm not really thinking or caring about that

I was thinking maybe worth a little more than what the speaker is, but then I started looking at what empty shells get listed for and was a bit surprised. What would a fair asking price be?

FWIW, I don't go much by Reverb asking prices, but out here in CA locally on CList, when they popup it's like $300-350 with a common speaker ie: V30 or C90.
