I think it is nice that this board is an island to itself. But is there any FB pages friendly to the board here?

But, if the owners saw fit, a page on FB that is set as basically as an ad pointing here with posting disabled, we could find more members perhaps?

Folks not interested certainly wouldn't register though and you get the FB traffic bump from those interested.

ive thought about that, its noisy and distracting... but maybe could be a way to attract more members. do we even have a group on fb?

I created this group a long time ago http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2201664451...could post a link to the BB from it and actually promote the group...(As you can see, the one and only post is from 2006)..and see if we get any new members from it. Don't want to infringe on anything with the Moderators here though. It's nice that this board is mainly focused on the discussion of Boogie topics unlike other places...harmony-central to name one....that has more off topic posts in their amp section than actual amp threads!

Have nothing against it. Only worry is it will increase the number of spammers and bring in people that will upset the apple cart. The group of people we have now are awesome and this IMO is one of the best forums on the Net.
