F-30 or F-50 or ROV?

F-50, just swap the speaker for a V30 and you are set.
Better yet, buy the F100.

Seriously, why does nobody like the F100??

I like the F-100. It's been my main gigging amp for 2.5 years.

I chose the F-100 for a couple of reasons all IMO:
1) I preferred the clean, especially compared to the ROV
2) Footswitchable boost is really like a 3rd channel. If you're using an FX processor you can dial up a patch that reduces volume in Contour, making the F a three channel amp.
3) Fatter Lead tone than the ROV
4) I liked the in-between tones better, like the clean channel gain all the way up, or the clean on the overdrive channel with the gain almost off.

The only tone I felt the Recto was better at was the really heavy stuff.

Actually, the hard choice for me was with the Mark IV, but in the end I preferred the F-100 tones for clean and overdrive to all the other Mesa amps.
