... just went to check out a woody short head MKIIB HRGX but have something I don't understand. the head and side panels are made out of 2 pieces, not just 1 as normally the case. both run across the length of the head and match, but its clearly 2 pieces. its a perfect job and a beautifully grained wood (looks like a light imbuya with flames) but I don't recall ever seeing that on a legit boogie ? I remember that "fake" thiele cab that was built like that though. all else seems legit. construction, quality, cut out for reverb tank, screws and position, material, all. supposingly the seller bought it used 6 years ago from a local music store if that helps ? anybody has a clue ?
