Eurotubes doesn't answer

A couple of weeks ago I mailed eurotubes with a question about which tubes to put in my mark III and what it would cost to ship them to europe.
Does anyone know a good company that could sell me some tubes. But the way I need pretty heavy sound, but still my clean needs to be clean. I would need five preamptubes and six poweramptubes (4 6L6's 2 EL34's)

Bob and Jay from eurotubes are usually very quick in responding though, perhaps your email got flagged as spam?

I actually emailed Bob about my MK III as well. He got back to me withing 36 hours, though the reply did get sorted into my junk mail. From everything I hear, Bob usually replies withing 24-48 hours.

and any question there after (business hours) was answered pretty well immediately.

If you're in Europe I'd suggest looking for a reseller that's in Europe. No sense in paying VAT if you don't have to....
