Hey,
New to the board here, so hi! I'm using a Studio .22+ which I bought second hand a few years ago. This is the first time I've tried using the effects loop. I've put a TC Eelectronics Nova Repeater in it, and I'm hearing very high pitched feedback that builds quite rapidly. If I dial down the tone on the pedal and dial back treble on the amp, the feedback doesn't build but just stays at an unnacceptable low volume. The pedal works fine out front. Also, the problem seems to be much worse when the amp's in clean mode - when I kick it into lead mode, the pedal sounds okay.
Is this likely a problem with the amp or the pedal, or just an incompatibility between the two? (I'm using the line-level input on the pedal).
Thanks,
Cliff
