Damn, were all 12 tubes dead???? You clearly stated "AS IS" and that you did not test them so I cant see how he can leave neg fb.

He must have been having a bad week, he left negative feedback for you and someone else within 2 days.

He said that 5 were dead. 1 12AX7, and the 4 6V6's.
What a tool!

If he had been even slightly hospitable, I would have given him a partial refund, but the guy was a dick from the start!
In the end, he's only out the cost of maybe 1 NOS 12AX7 and he's bitching.

There is no way for me to even leave a blurb stating that he is hostile. I can send him a request to change his feedback, but he would probably just make it worse than it is.


In the end, ebay's policies are good for the buyer, but basically leave the seller (the guy who is making ebay money!) out to dry.
