Dual Recto 90x vs Dual Recto new

Hello guys. I new at forum. Sorry about new topic.
I wanna buy dual recto and I dont know wich best.
I can buy dual recto 90x 2 ch or new one.
I read so much about 2ch best, but that video make me confused:

Its like new one have more treble or something like that. )
What do u think? Or this is a trick to make people buy new ones.

There are not HUGE differences between the original 3 Channel and the 2010 Recto, but the 2010 can be switched to 50 watts, and has slightly better cleans. If I was looking to buy a new Recto, the 2010 would be the one I would get.

I think they purposely made the older one sound worse than it is.

I have an old 90s Dual Recto and I think it sounds good. I've also used a Roadster and I think that sounded good too. If we stick to high gain tones I don't feel that either is actually better than the other... just a little different sounding. Some people prefer one or the other, but honestly I really like both and would have both if I could afford it.

Now... if we talk clean tones then the Roadster blows the old 2 channel out of the water... but it's hardly fair as the 2 channel doesn't actually have a true clean channel.

I think too they have do like a old one so bassy and no theble at all at this vid.

If I was you, I would refuse to form an opinion based off of youtube video demos. In fact, most youtube clips sound bad to terrible. I spent a night trying to find a youtube clip where I actually liked the tone and there was none. I have noticed that by simply moving a mic, you can really alter the recorded tone of an amp.

In regards to the demo, I find it interesting that they didn't even say what the settings were that they were running. I've heard very tight, bright, and clear tones out of the original 3 channel heads. Listen to clips around the forum here, for instance. Guys here get better tones out of the original 3 channel heads than those bozos were getting out of the Recto Reborn. The Reborn is a great amp, especially with the switchable wattage, recto tracking, and the improved clean. BUT, the original 3 channel was no slouch either.

Final observation. The old 3 channel dual is NOT the original dual. The 2 channel heads are an entirely different beast and they have been through several design iterations already. Search the forum for more info.
