Where is it placed in the lead path?
Is it pre distortion like the mark???
Is it post distortion like the recto?
Is it somewhere in between lets say between gain stages 2 and three and how would that be possible?
I mean pre distortion, everybody kinda knows how the mark series behaves by now, keeping the bass low, etc.
Post distortion, in a way marshally, again it behaves like you expected it to.
In mesa's description, the mid control, acts as a mid control in its first quarter turn and then adds gain? This cannot seem possible if it is after distortion...
I cannot find any info about this specifically in the net. A guy said that it is post distortion, but...?It doesn't seem so.
Another posted that the studio is almost closer to a caliber preamp than a mark. Any thoughts?
