does anyone knw how many rack space the MKIV kit takes up ?

I found a MKIV rack kit & its on the way , so Im wondering how many Rack Spaces this unit takes up ?

I will be on the look out for a Rack mabey 6 spaces depending on the size of the MKIV kit
