probably not.
oddly enough, i have a 1993 mark IV that has a brand new 2007 circuit board from the latest production run. basicly i bought a 93 with a fried board and good trannys, so i sent it to boogie and they gave me a new borad.
its the best sounding mark IV i've ever owned, and this is number 7.
i've had a few a's, but mostly b's. i like the b's better.

HIGH FIVE!!

i honastly have had so many mark IV's because i used to buy them every time i could get them for a grand or less. then i'd end up selling them again either because i needed the money for something else, or whatever.
the mark IV a's, for some reason i couldn't get a good tone a low volumes.
