So If I am using a SINGLE 412 recto cab and I have my 2:90 going into it stereo, when I am playing at somewhat high volumes (master on each 2:90 knob = about 9-11o clock), I get this awful sound that sounds like the speakers are blowing when i have deep mode on. Does anyone else have this experience? Could it be the speakers in the cab are blown? This is the second cab I have this experience with. (first was a marshall 1960B, capible of 300 watts)

2x 90 watt amps going into a cab via stereo shouldnt be doing this should it? Thx for any insight/advice/whatev in advance!

Does it still sound like this at high volume if you roll down the bass settings a bit? I assume the impedence is correct..

you got a voicing problem with your 2:90...i had a new out the box 2:90 three months ago ,the modern mode did the same thing plus it had a vibration you could feel with you hands at any volume...even turned all the way down... i got another one used older verion black knob that has no problems :D

Wait, yea it does have a vibration problem! (the 2:90) How would I go about fixing this?
