Is the effects loop powered by pre amp tubes in a dc 10? I have a used one I just bought to go with one I have in Pristine condition I bought from Boogie in 97 or 98,and have never played much, I want to keep it .brand new so I picked up a beat up one, tried out the effects This used one is cutting out . It was cutting in and out and some of my effects seemed not to work. I flipped int send return in case I had it wrong and nothing worked. Ill take it to my tech
