Custom Face Plate

hi, im new to the mesa community but i wanted to know if anyone could give me some suggestions, i have a triple rectifier and i want to change the face plate, how would i go about doing that, and i also wanted to know if anyone knew any where i could get a clear face plate. it would be really cool to have a clear face plate so you could see all the tubes glowing!!!

If you have the diamond plate on there it`ll be very difficult getting it off w/o breaking the baffle board that it is attached to. It is held on with industrial 2-way tape so I was told by a Mesa rep. I`ve read some who have had success getting it off. Clear plexi would look cool, something that Splawn amps have as an option.
