Converting a Road King from a combo to a head

I'm looking to convert a RK2 from a combo to a head. Other than the fact that the controls will be on the too, rather than the bottom, are there any other issues I need to look at? Has anyone else done this? The combo and head are identical in every other way, right?

Rocker -

Unless you custom make a cab where you can mount the combo chassis to the top of the cab like it is in the combo, it can be kinda tough to use an amp upside down. You'll need to prep the reverb tank by taking it out of the bag etc and fitting it into the new digs.

Other than that though, the amps are indeed identical.
