Clean channel settings and orange channel for a Dual Rec

Was playing around with the Dual rec today and I am not getting its full use. To those that can offer some help what settings are you using on the clean channel and what settings for the orange. All help is welcome. Not looking to copy a sound just looking to try what others have worked out and are using and tweak a little.

I'm not really a metal guy- more heavy rock so I use the clean and orange channels (red channel is vintage cloned) on my Dual Racto.

Settings are as follows: 0 is all the way counter clockwise, 10 is all the way clockwise. 5 is at 12 oclock.

Clean:

Master: 5 Presence: 3-4 Bass: 5 Mid: 2-3 Treble: 5-6 Gain: 4-5

Master: 4 Presence: 4-6 Bass: 6 Mid: 3-4 Treble: 5-6 Gain: 7

Bold: Solid State Rectifier.
