Case for Mark V? Good idea?

Might be a dumb question, but I've heard that using a case with the Mark V isn't the best idea because it get's ventilation from beneath the amp...? Therefor, if a case is restricting flow from underneath, it could cause some problems/overheating. Anyone heard of this?

Alright, well either way, "Not adviseable to operate the amp while in the tray of the case, due to the air vent opening on the bottom of the amp." Whatever that means.

It means take the amp out of the case before you use it.

I dont see what the issue would be. its not like the foam is also in the tray portion. At least, Ive never seen a case like that.

Yeah, that's why I thought I'd ask. It's weird...

All that I can think of is that the lip on the tray extends up a few inches, and would partially cover the open back on the head. There are no vent holes on the bottom, just that big crater that is filled with the reverb tank.
