I'm a noob...it was a power quality issue.

The Tone? I'm blown away; if I say anymore I'd just be gushing. After battling a fizzy Stiletto Ace and the unforgiving SLO100, playing the IIC+ was so easy and sounded beautiful with a very smooth top end. Wow.
