Can you turn a Mesa 1x12 closed back in to a half back?

I've got my eye on a mesa 1x12 cab, but I don't want a closed back cab. I've already got a thiele so I want something to blend with it. Is there anyway to make it into a half back? Could I order a half back panel from mesa? Or should I just build one? Any ideas?

Contact your mesa dealer to order a back the way you want it, they should do it. You will have to wait for it a while though.

The open back 1X12 are usually less expensive and more plentiful. If it's a Thiele cabinet I'll trade you one of my open Back cabs. I've been looking for another Thiele.

No its not a thiele. If it was, I would be all over it. Its just a normal 1x12 thats closed back. How much would it cost for one directly from Mesa?
