Ok I got one from craigslist (not any site that has user feedback, my bad) so saying that, I was told it worked perfectly, it seems both inner knobs are missing, and what is the trick to get the left outer knob to actually do anything, its kinda stiff and doesn't seem to work, just spins around and nothing changes, do you think its broken or what is the key to change the parameters with the left outer knob, at least the part I can reach on the inner left knob changes things, but the outer left one does nothing. IF you have a broken unit and wanna sell it cheap maybe I can salvage parts

PLEASE HELP :? :x :x :x

Ouch! Sounds like you got burned! I'd call that idiot up and give him a piece of your mind. Craigslist is a crapshoot. There are a lot of ripoff artists on there.

I heard TC Electronics will send you the outer knobs for free. Alot of people lose or break them, they pop off too easy.

Yeah I got an e-mail to them seeing if they will send the inner knobs, but where can I take it to get it serviced in case the pot on the first knob is broken or it needs repaired?

Got my parts "Free of Charge" thanks to Moises at TC parts, but now that I got it fixed and I am playing with it more I see my user presets only go up to #37 ( factory presets all go up to 100 correctly) why is this, do you need to save presets into newer banks before they actually are accessible or show up? anyone have this problem??? or what causes this, everything else now seems to work fine.....

Jeff

On the user presets you can only access ones that have been saved, so if you have nothing saved at 37 you can not access it.

You can try saving a factory preset to user preset 100 and then see if you can access 100 to verify it.

OK Thanks, I'll try that when I got home this evening, I was thinking that was it but was unsure, just making sure nothing else was nessed up, its hard getting stuff without seeing pictures of it first, no more will I buy like that

Jeff

The only downside is once you save a preset you cannot delete it, you can overwrite it, but it cannot be deleted. Not a big problem, but something I just thought I would put out there.
I have a bunch of presets I no longer use that I renamed to deleted so I knew I could overwrite them.
