Blueish tubes

Hey guys,
I've got 6L6's in my amp at the moment, and they are fairly new as well (been in for about 3 weeks), and when the amp is powered up the tubes have a blueish "smoke" on the inside of the glass...is this normal? I will take a pic ASAP and post it as well to show what I mean.

That's fine. Some tubes just glow that color.

yeah its normal. I find it fun to turn off all the lights in my garage and then switch the wattages and strum on my guitar to see which tubes glow blue when I play, its a really cool color!

I love that look.

When I really have my V cranked, they will pulse blue. It's amazing looking.

It's perfectly normal.

The only time I've ever seen the blue glow pulse is on an amp wise bias vary tremolo.
