Picked up a v recently and im very happy with it.i usually like to use a big muff/fuzz style pedal for leads but the one i currently have(wampler velvet fuzz) sounds thin and waspy through the v.i didnt have this issue witbout my previous amps(lonestar special and stiletto).through both it sounded smooth an fat.ive tried it on clean and fat clean and even edge and tweed but while its fatter on edge tweed it still sounds waspy.im currently using a recto 2x12 with v30s but hhhhave tried it through a c90 also.both the these speakers were in the stiletto and lonestar so its not the speakers.how is the v with pedals?has anybody tried some other muff style pedals with more success?

I have a Black Effectors Blunderbuss I use with the Fat clean channel on the MarkV.
Definitely thick sounding and cuts through great as long as I can tune it with my
bass player.

Great ill check it out.Im at a loss understanding why it sounds so bad through the mark v.It sounded good on all my other amps if a little dark on the lonestar. Its painfully bright and thin on fat clean.Strange as fat clean is supposedly very similar to the lonestar.

Bright might be a good thing...thin...maybe not.
Fuzzes can be a *****, have you messed with placement?
I got mine after my wah, in front of the amp.
