Best EQ pedal to tighten up Roadster's FX loop?

I seem to loose some of my tone and volume everytime I switch over to the effects loop, pry because I'm running two Boss pedals... But is there any good EQ out there that I could use instead of trying to mod all my pedals to true bypass?.

Also, do you guys like to use a Wah through the FX loop or out in front of everything? I think they're two very distinct different sounds and was just wonderin which is best.

MXR 10 band is a great choice for the roadster, I always use the wah out front, just after the tuner, prior to comp and OD

I use a Dunlop KFK EQ in the loop, and then a Keeley TS9DX Flexi 4X2 up front sometimes...

dunlop is good but needs its own power 18v I use the boss eq-20 its great 10 preset which is really nice and runs off a one spot
