For about the past 1-1/2 years I've been using a Suhr Badger 18 due to the fact my Mark III was just too loud.
About that time we put the drummer behind a plexiglass screen,... all of the sudden everybody was looking at me for being obnoxiously loud. Couldn't hit the sweet spot of the Mark III at a lower volume the way I had been setting it up. So I bought a Suhr Badger,... love it!
Anyhow, I have been missing the versatility of channel switching. Love the badger, but hate using pedals for volume boost, etc. So I went back to the drawing board with the Mark and found some bad *** tone at a lower volume. Should have known! Used the Mark III last night and it was awesome! I soooo missed that singing lead channel!
