Are the Rectifier Tubes supposed to glow on my Dual?

The one on the left closest to the 6L6's is dark but the top wiring in the one on the right is glowing. I was told by Mesa customer service that niether are supposed to light up but figured I'd get a second opinion here if anybody can help. I just bought the amp used and don't know how long ago any of the tubes were changed. Wanna make sure everything is 100% before I gig with this thing.

I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to glow. I'm on my second Dual rec and that's never happened...

Hey, I read your post yesterday and checked if mine glowed and they did. I just bought mine brand new from the shop yesterday and asked the guys today if this was mean to happen and they said that it was normal, could be mistaken, but its probally fine...hope that helps in anyway.
